IEBC Instant Digitizer is automated embroidery digitizing software, not a human digitizing service. It accepts PNG, JPG/JPEG and WebP artwork, analyzes artwork/background/colors, creates embroidery-oriented geometry and a stitch plan, exposes editable production decisions on full access, and exports Tajima DST plus a branded Production PDF.

## Current functions
- PNG, JPG and WebP artwork input with artwork, background and color analysis controls.
- Automated embroidery geometry and stitch planning using satin, tatami/fill and running stitch strategies where appropriate.
- Editable Design Studio elements with selection, delete/restore, sewing order, stitch type, thread color, flow, angle, underlay, routing and border/outline controls.
- Element reordering, multi-select editing, border width and contour/hole scope controls.
- Regeneration after edits so simulator, metrics and downloads reflect the updated stitch plan.
- Tajima DST machine-file export and branded Production PDF export.
- Production metrics including stitch count, finished size, colors/color changes, jumps, trims, estimated thread usage and estimated sew time where available.
- Stitch-path simulator showing encoded stitches, jumps, trims and color-change events.
- Private projects that can be reopened, renamed, searched, archived/restored and regenerated.
- Individual email delivery of DST and Production PDF plus paid bulk ZIP download/email for selected projects.
- Cap and flat-garment workflow support with embroidery-oriented size guidance.
- Shared IEBC account integration so eligible generated files can be used with Business Cloud jobs and the Embroidery Price Calculator.
- Limited access with smaller size/usage limits and Premium access with Design Studio, simulator, delivery and bulk tools.
- Automated software output that requires production review and a physical sew-out before manufacturing.

## Design Studio controls
- Select, multi-select, delete and restore elements.
- Reorder sewing sequence and control route-after/routing decisions.
- Review/change stitch type, thread color, flow style, stitch angle and underlay.
- Configure border/outline type, width and outside/hole/both contour scope.
- Update Stitches regenerates the actual stitch path, simulator and downloads.

## Output and metrics
Tajima DST and branded Production PDF are the primary exports. The application can display stitch count, movement records, finished size, color count, color changes, jumps, trims/encoded trim cues, estimated thread meters and estimated sew time where available. The stitch-path simulator replays stitches, jumps, trims and color-change events.

## Project management
Private saved projects can be reopened, edited/regenerated, renamed, searched/paginated and archived/restored. Full/Premium delivery supports individual DST+PDF email and selected-project bulk ZIP download/email.

## Access
Limited baseline supports up to 4 × 4 inches (101.6 × 101.6 mm), minimum dimension 10 mm, with baseline allowances of 3 generations per 24 hours and 9 per 30 days. Full/Premium supports up to 12 × 12 inches (304.8 × 304.8 mm), Design Studio, simulator, email, bulk workflows and unlimited generations while active subject to service safeguards. Standalone checkout currently shows $500/month or $3,240/year and a 3-day trial where offered; paid Premium also includes IEBC White Label Business Cloud.

## Safety / production responsibility
Automatic output can be wrong and is not guaranteed production-ready. Artwork quality, final size, fabric, stabilizer, thread, needle, machine setup and stitch decisions affect results. Review every design and physically sew-test representative material before production. Adult/NSFW content is prohibited.
